International Indigenous Women's Forum Logo

This design has two women holding up the universe. They represent good and evil forces. There is good and evil in everyone and these women are in control of the actions of humankind.

The inside border of the circle is a symbol found at the bottom of Iroquoian women's skirts. Moving towards the center are trees, which are symbols of life and peace and peace among many different cultures of the world.

Next you will find open blue sky with seven brilliant stars from the seven continents of the world. They represent the seven campfires of our ancestors who continue to watch over us for seven generations to come.

At the center of the universe is our grandmother the moon. She controls the tides of the oceans and determines the arrival of all new life.
